WSL Hall of Famer Tom Klawitter Joins UW-Whitewater’s Staff

Wisconsin State League Hall of Famer Tom Klawitter was recently named an assistant coach for UW-Whitewater.

Wisconsin State League Hall of Famer Tom Klawitter was recently named an assistant coach for UW-Whitewater.

A professional baseball player for six years, Klawitter pitched for
Major League Baseball’s Minnesota Twins during the 1985 season,
appearing in seven games and tossing 9 1/3 innings. He also pitched in
the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers organizations during his
career.

Klawitter was a memeber of the inaugural WSL Hall of Fame class in 2007.
